Jumping in with two feet, here. Not sure how this space will morph, but I want to learn to publish consistently. Not WRITE consistently, mind you, because I already do that. But publish. Let those darlings out into the readerverse, BEFORE I’ve thought endlessly about whether or not to murder them.
Readers, Beware! LOL
Today, I’m going to write for a few mins on starting the day of —hoped for— productivity. Effectiveness.
I’m rewriting a series (to market, partly) and am at the last 2 books I need to complete before I can upload and hit save. Interestingly, they’re the first 2 books in the series, but that was a good decision. I needed to see how the rewrites morphed, the storyline, what the characters did and didn’t do, before I went back to massage the first 2 books, which are a duo.
I did want to get this done…FAST! I have a bunch of other books in the pipeline, as well as AI generated audios to work on, work with, and release.
Though I’m also a moodler, and love the details of a project.
THAT I need to break myself of. **The whole wanting to eat thing**, lol.
I also listen to SD stuff daily - self-development - as well as writer youtubes, and am endeavoring to apply that to my Working In Progress.
Today, here’s the thoughts.
I’m trying to see Book 1 as TEN TASKS to complete, then they’re done. Not sure if that’s groundbreaking, but it was inspired by Brendon Burchard’s Growth Day app, and his talk to us today on focus. He didn’t say ten tasks, but in my effort to apply the focus bit, that’s what I came up with today.
So if I can apply this idea, and say - get five tasks done today…Whoopee?
*Remembering Goldie Hawn in Laugh in, lol* And yup. I’ve dated myself.
So that’s the plan. Along with getting out to the gym mid-morning or early aft (I actully enjoy it!) and getting down and intimate with Cole Dawson and Tabby Logan.
Heeeelp. They’re taking over my mind….and life….
